1. What is "Malaysia My Second Home"
Program (MMSHP)?
This Programme offers adult foreigners of any age together with
their dependants including school going children and even their
domestic help the opportunity to stay in Malaysia for an indefinite
period and to use Malaysia as a safe-haven base, a Second Home.

3.What are the main requirements?
All applicants must be sponsored by a Malaysian company approved
by the Government of Malaysia. WESTLAND MULTI SERVICES
has been entrusted by an Officially Appointed Sponsor of the Immigration
Department of Malaysia being a reliable sponsor for this programme
4.What is the Role of your Sponsor?
Your Sponsor will expedite your application on your behalf following
procedures as stipulated and outlined by the Immigration authorities
of Malaysia.
As your Sponsor’s authorized representative, Westland Multi
Services will be assisting you in your comfortable stay in Malaysia
and our Sponsor shall place a Personal Bond as required by the Immigration
authorities of Malaysia.
5. What is the Application Procedure?
Applicants must attend a preview by Westland. Applicants must duly
complete and submit all relevant Application Forms and documents
required by our Malaysian Sponsors together with payment of the
relevant processing and sponsorship fees.
6. How long is the approval process?
All completed application forms submitted through Westland’s
assigned Malaysian Sponsor that meet requirements will be processed
within fourteen (30) working days by the Immigration Department
of Malaysia. The Official Approval Letter from the Department will
be sent to Westland Multi Services by its appointing / retained
Sponsor.
7. How long do I have to live in Malaysia before
and after I qualify?
You don't have to live in Malaysia to qualify. You may stay for
as short or as long a period you wish at any time once you have
obtained your approval. After you qualify Malaysia becomes your
2nd Home away from home.. You may even to continue to do your business
or work in your Home country while your family reside or study in
Malaysia.

What are the fees that I have to pay upon application of the Malaysia
My Second Home Program?
There are basically two (2) types of fees chargeable:-
1) A Processing & Social Visit Pass fee payable to the Government.
2) A Sponsorship fee payable through Westland to the Sponsors in
Malaysia,
for further processing.
9. What would be the official approval of the
MMSHP?
Your approval will be the issuance to you of a Multiple Entry Visa
valid for a period of
ten (10) years. After which you will only need to obtain a yearly
endorsement on your passport. A further Visa renewal permit is automatically
granted.
10. Will our children be allowed to continue
their education in Malaysia?
Yes. Student passes can be applied for your children.
11. Can I bring my domestic help?
Yes. You are entitled to bring your maid.
12. Can MMSHP participants stay anywhere in
Malaysia?
Yes. You can choose to stay wherever you like to in the country.
